The team at White Sands did such a great job with taking us diving around Amed over several days. We did 7 dives with White Sands including an afternoon and night dive, and every dive was effortless and perfectly accommodated for. This was my first diving experience outside of my open water dive course and the bar has been set high. Roda and Katak were our guides, and they did an exceptional job every single time, and were excellent at pointing out all the marine life we could see. Rauh and all the staff at White Sands did a great job at setting up all the gear, driving us around, guiding us, and making things easy for us foreigners. Couldn't recommend White Sands enough. I spent two days and five dives with Amed White Sand Divers as part of my Advanced Open Water certification. I had the chance to be the only one doing the certification at the time, and thus being 1-on-1 with my instructor and guide Kadek. He is truly professional and a very nice person to learn with. I did three dives in Amed on the first day and the other two the next day in Tulamben, including the famous USAT Liberty wreck. They were all instructive and interesting, mostly thanks to Kadek. I recommend AWSD as a dive shop in Amed if you don't know which one to choose from, they're cheap but effective! Hé did learn us some new things and the staff helps with everything. See some nice things. He did a great job of letting feeling you save during the dives. He also knows alot of the divesites he brings you to and does a great dive instruction. On peut choisir ses spots, pour nous c’était liberty + autre site mais finalement ça sera une double plongée sur le liberty. 1 ère plongée durant laquelle on fait le tour, on se rend compte de la taille du bateau. 2ème plongée incroyable, durant laquelle on explore l’épave, en passant à travers, dans plein de petits recoins.
